Spray-on bed liners for Delta trucks

ProVanWorks sprays bed liners onto pickup trucks and work vans from Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta at our shop in Langley, a short drive east along Highway 10. A spray-on liner bonds to the bed and seals the metal, which helps a Delta truck that spends its life in wet fields, industrial yards and salt air off the water. Most trucks are at the shop for 1 to 2 days.

How far is the ProVanWorks shop from Delta?

Delta is a short drive west of Langley. From North Delta, Highway 10 or the South Fraser Perimeter Road brings you to the shop quickly, and from Ladner or Tsawwassen it is the same roads with a bit more distance through the farmland. Since a liner takes 1 to 2 days, Delta customers usually drop the truck off in the morning and come back once it is ready.

Why do Delta trucks need a bed liner?

Delta trucks do a mix of farm and industrial work. Around Ladner and on the fields between Ladner and the highway, pickups carry produce bins, irrigation pipe, feed and tools, often straight off a muddy field. The industrial areas at Tilbury and Annacis Island are full of trades and service trucks hauling pallets, steel and equipment, and port traffic to Deltaport keeps the roads busy with work vehicles. Steel, pallets and field mud all wear through the paint in a truck bed.

Delta's position on the water makes the damage worse. The city is low and flat, with Boundary Bay to the south and the Strait of Georgia to the west, and the wind carries salt air across Tsawwassen and Ladner. Add months of rain sitting in the bed, and any bare metal starts to rust quickly. A spray-on bed liner seals the bed against water and salt before scratches let them in.

Do you line work vans for Tilbury and Annacis Island trades?

Yes. ProVanWorks sprays floor liners for cargo and work vans, covering the floor, lower walls and wheel wells. Service vans that work out of Tilbury or Annacis Island load tools, parts and wet gear in and out all day, and the liner takes that wear instead of the factory floor.

How much does a bed liner cost for a Delta truck?

ProVanWorks quotes each bed liner by email, because the price depends on the size of the bed and the condition it is in. Email info@provanworks.com with the year, make and model, the bed length and a few photos of the bed. If the truck parks near the water in Tsawwassen or Ladner, include close-ups of the bed seams and the tailgate, where rust from salt air often shows first.

Frequently asked questions

Does salt air in Tsawwassen damage a truck bed?

Salt air speeds up rust on any bare metal, and a truck bed collects scratches that expose it. A spray-on liner covers the bed metal so the salty moisture cannot reach it. Rust that is already there has to be prepared first, so send photos with your quote request.

Can I get other work done at the Langley shop on the same trip?

Yes. The same shop installs roof fans and A/C in Delta vans, designs and installs van wraps, and builds mobile grooming vans for Delta. Ask for everything in one quote.
