Spray-on bed liners for Surrey trucks
ProVanWorks sprays bed liners onto pickup trucks and work vans from Surrey and White Rock at our shop in Langley, just over the city line from Cloverdale. A spray-on liner bonds to the truck bed and seals the metal against water, salt and scratches. Most trucks are at the shop for 1 to 2 days.
How far is the ProVanWorks shop from Surrey?
Not far. Langley and Surrey share a border, so the shop is a short drive along Highway 10, Fraser Highway or Highway 1 from Cloverdale and Fleetwood, and only a little longer from Newton, Guildford or South Surrey. Because a liner takes 1 to 2 days, most Surrey customers drop the truck off in the morning and pick it up when it is ready.
Why do Surrey trucks need a bed liner?
Surrey trucks haul a lot. Cloverdale and the rural parts of South Surrey still have acreages and horse properties, where a pickup carries hay, feed, fencing and manure. Campbell Heights and the industrial areas along the Fraser are full of trades and delivery vehicles, and new construction across the city keeps trucks moving lumber, gravel and tools. Every one of those loads scratches the paint in the bed.
Surrey's weather finishes the job. Rain sits in the bed through the wet months, and road salt from cold snaps on Highway 1 and Highway 99 ends up there too. Trucks parked near White Rock and Crescent Beach also take salt air off Boundary Bay. Once the paint is scratched through, that water and salt reach bare metal and rust starts. A spray-on bed liner seals the bed before that happens.
Do you also line work van floors for Surrey trades?
Yes. The same shop sprays floor liners for cargo and work vans, covering the floor, lower walls and wheel wells. That suits Surrey trades and delivery vans that load tools, ladders and wet boots all day.
How much does a bed liner cost for a Surrey truck?
ProVanWorks quotes each bed liner by email, because the price depends on the size of the bed and its condition. Email info@provanworks.com with the year, make and model, the bed length and a few photos of the bed, including any rust or an old liner.
Frequently asked questions
Can a Surrey truck be lined while the bed has some rust?
Yes, once the rust is dealt with. A liner seals the metal but does not reverse rust that is already there, so send photos of any rust with your quote request and we'll tell you what preparation the bed needs.
Can I get a liner and a van wrap at the same time?
Yes. The Langley shop also designs and installs van wraps and installs roof fans and A/C, so a Surrey work van can have more than one job done on the same trip. Ask for everything in one quote.
