Delivery across Canada and the United States

ProVanWorks builds every van at our shop in Langley, BC, and delivers finished grooming vans, mobile business vans and custom work trailers to customers across Canada and in the United States. Customers near Langley usually pick up at the shop. For everyone else, we quote delivery with the build so the full price is clear from the start.

How does delivery work?

Delivery from Langley follows four steps, from the quote to the day the van arrives. A finished van or trailer reaches you one of three ways: our team drives it to you, it travels on a vehicle transport carrier, or you pick it up at the shop in Langley.

  1. Tell us where the van is going

Give us the city and address when you ask for a quote. Delivery is quoted with the build, so you see the full price up front.

  2. Agree how it travels

Our team drives the van to you, it travels on a vehicle transport carrier, or you pick it up in Langley. We agree the method with you based on distance, season and the roads in between.

  3. Protect the water system for the trip

Vans crossing mountain passes or heading into a prairie or eastern winter travel with the water system protected so nothing freezes on the way.

  4. Arrival

The van arrives ready to work. Email us with any questions once you start using it.

How much does delivery cost, and how long does it take?

Delivery is quoted per job, together with the build. Cost and timing depend on distance, the season and the roads in between. A van going to Victoria crosses on BC Ferries; a van going to Calgary crosses the Rockies; a van going to Halifax travels close to 6,000 km. Ask about delivery when you request a quote.

Which cities do you deliver to?

ProVanWorks delivers anywhere in Canada. These city pages explain what winter means for a grooming van in each area, and how the van gets there from Langley.

How is the van protected on a winter trip?

A van leaving Langley in winter may cross mountain passes on the Coquihalla or through Rogers Pass, or head into a prairie or eastern cold snap. The water system travels protected so nothing freezes on the way, and the van arrives ready to fill and use. Read about the cold-weather design that keeps the van working once it arrives.

Do you deliver to the United States?

Yes. ProVanWorks serves customers in the United States. The Langley shop is a short drive from the Aldergrove and Lynden border crossing into Washington State, so customers in Bellingham, Everett, Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma and the rest of the Pacific Northwest can pick up in person. For the rest of the US, we quote delivery with the build. Our page for US customers has more. We'll walk you through the border paperwork when you order.

Can I pick the van up at the shop?

Yes. Pickup at the Langley shop is the usual choice for customers in Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and northern Washington. It is also a chance to see the shop, and to have a van wrap installed before you drive away.
