What information does ProVanWorks collect?

When you email info@provanworks.com, ProVanWorks receives your name, email address and anything you choose to include, such as your city, business details or vehicle information. When you buy a van or a service, we also keep the details needed to build, deliver and invoice it.

Does this website use cookies or analytics?

Only if you say yes. This site uses Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, how they found us and how many click to email us. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept, none are set, and Google receives only basic, cookieless signals (such as a page being viewed) that can't be tied to you across visits. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives details such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. ProVanWorks sees only combined statistics, not who you are. No advertising cookies are used.

You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Declining removes the analytics cookies this site set. You can also block them in your browser settings, and the site works the same either way.

How does ProVanWorks use it?

ProVanWorks uses your information to reply to you, prepare a quote, build and deliver your van, carry out a bed liner or wrap job, and keep the business records the law requires. We don't sell personal information or share it for marketing.

Who can I contact about my information?

Email info@provanworks.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where the law allows. Canada's federal private-sector privacy law, PIPEDA, and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act set out your rights.
